Welcome to Paintbrush Alpacas

We began our business with quality females with which to build a strong herd. Our goal is to breed conformationally correct, fine-fleeced huacaya alpacas in a wide spectrum of colors.

With the addition of our full Peruvian Accoyo herdsire, Accoyo Barreda, we will increase the fineness and density of our offspring. We also have two up and coming jr. herdsires, Crescent Moon’s Rough Rider and Paintbrush Rembrandt. They are knockouts!

One of the most important aspects of our business is to help new alpaca breeders get started and to provide them with continuous support and education in their alpaca endeavors.
